Treasury Relationship Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Treasury Relationship Manager to join our team at Fresno First Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing deposit relationships for small to medium-sized businesses in Southern California. Your primary focus will be on sales management, community engagement, and ensuring exceptional customer service while achieving established goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses through consultative sales of Treasury Management products.
• Demonstrate expertise in Treasury Management systems, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Engage in business development activities, participate in community events, and promote the Bank's products and services.
• Cross-sell additional Bank products and services to customers as needed.
• Assist in ensuring audit compliance, monitoring expenses, and contributing to the Bank's overall profitability.
• Provide supervision and support to the department as necessary, resolving complex inquiries and issues.

Requirements

• Reside in Southern California with established market connections.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 7 years of business development or sales experience required.
• Familiarity with financial statement analysis, banking compliance regulations, and operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in computer operations and relevant software applications.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle for client meetings.

Compensation

Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year
