Job Description:

As a Universal Banker, you will accurately complete financial transactions for customers, including account openings, handling teller activities, and recommending financial solutions. You will build trust-based relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service and contributing to business development goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with various financial needs and inquiries, including account openings and loan transactions.
• Execute transfers, loan payments, and wire transactions efficiently.
• Promote and set up consumer and business accounts, including online and mobile banking services.
• Inform customers about available banking products and identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer relationships.
• Support teller line operations and achieve sales and referral targets.
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and security procedures.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, teller operations, or new accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch preferred.
• Detail-oriented with decision-making capabilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour.
