First Commerce Bank is looking for a Universal Community Banker I to join their team. This role involves serving customers, managing account relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Required Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year bank teller experience.
• Proficient in English, reading, writing, and grammar skills.
• Analytical and mathematics skills.
• Communication, interpersonal relations, and customer service skills.
• PC skills (including knowledge of job-related software applications).
• Ability to operate various office machines.
• Visual and auditory skills.

Required Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one year of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets and serves customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Develop and manage consumer and business account relationships.
• Identify customers with profit potential and expand relationships.
• Address customer questions and concerns.
• Daily branch operations, including processing transactions.
• Stay updated on new products and services.
