Universal Community Banker II

Job Description

We are looking for a Universal Community Banker II to join First Commerce Bank. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of bank Teller experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in cash handling and customer service. As part of our team, you will greet and serve customers, develop account relationships, assist with branch operations, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly manner.
• Develop and manage consumer and business account relationships.
• Assist with daily branch operations, audits, and cash handling.
• Process various transactions including account openings, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Maintain awareness of fraud prevention and new products/services.

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years bank Teller experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with cash handling experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in PC skills and job-related software applications.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to schedule changes.
