Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining compliance with established guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of warehouse personnel.
• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound deliveries for compliance.
• Develop action plans to improve operational results.
• Train and develop direct reports for maximum performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines.
• Manage controllable expenses and inventory efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team for success.
• Experience in warehouse operations and management.
