Job Description
JBI Helicopter Services in Abbeville, LA, is looking for an experienced Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic to join our team. This full-time position involves additional ground support duties and occasional travel. We seek a motivated, safety-conscious individual who can adapt quickly to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks on helicopters and associated equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
- Document maintenance activities accurately.
- Ensure aircraft readiness for flight operations.
Requirements
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic License - REQUIRED.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- 3+ years of helicopter maintenance experience.
- Ability to lift 70lbs, work in various physical positions, and have own tools.
- Preferable: IA, Sheet Metal, Avionics, and Bell Helicopter experience.
