Lead Problem Management Specialist - CRM

Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Problem Management Specialist to join Discover Financial Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the life-cycle of assigned Corporate Risk Management Problems, identifying root causes, minimizing future impacts, and documenting actions taken to resolve problems. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective problem resolution and risk management within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the life-cycle and coordinate actions to resolve assigned Problems.
• Challenge root cause analysis, identify actions to fix issues, and implement appropriate controls.
• Monitor service level agreements and work with business partners for timely issue resolution.
• Maintain problem inventory and track progress in ServiceNow.
• Propose process improvements and mentor team members if assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in relevant fields or 4+ years of related experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• 1+ years of risk management or people management experience.
