Job Description

Discover Financial Services is looking for a Lead Problem Management Specialist in CRM to manage the lifecycle of Corporate Risk Management Problems. The role involves identifying root causes, minimizing future impacts, and partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage lifecycle and coordinate actions to resolve assigned Problems.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met and problems are documented in ServiceNow.
  • Identify process improvements and mentor team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business, IT, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Banking Operations or Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • 1+ years of risk management or people management experience.

Compensation

Base pay ranges $75,500.00 to $127,900.00 with incentives.
