Job Description

As an Account Manager at Hirose Electric USA, you will play a pivotal role in managing sales activities within a specific business segment to drive sales growth and implement strategic directives. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will involve building relationships with key accounts, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with internal teams to drive product development initiatives and lead a customer-focused approach to business. The role requires leadership, teamwork, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with targeted accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts.
  • Create and deliver customized product presentations and oversee the selling strategy.
  • Maximize revenue, profitability, and account penetration through strategic account planning.
  • Lead a Customer focus team and executive-level customer relationships.
  • Coordinate new product development and monitor industry trends for business opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Business or Technical field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the electronic component industry.
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to travel as needed and meet physical demands of the role.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
