Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join a local HVAC company in Missoula, Montana. As part of the Accounting Team, you will be responsible for data entry, accounting functions, and providing internal customer service. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the accounting field.

Job Type

• Position: Accounting Assistant
• Location: Missoula, Montana (in-person position)
• Wage: $20 to $23 per hour (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with field employees to issue and complete purchase order requests
• Set up work orders and provide accounting support
• Deliver excellent internal customer service

Requirements

• Accurate data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel
• Experience with customer service, web-based applications, Microsoft Suite, and attention to detail
