LPN | Skilled Nursing Evening Shift (3pm to 11pm)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated LPN to join our team at Bishop Gadsden for the Evening Shift (3pm - 11pm) at our brand-new Healthcare Center, Gadsden Glen, located on James Island, SC. As an LPN, you will provide quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting through professional and compassionate interactions. The role involves assessing resident well-being, administering medications, and ensuring optimal care for each individual.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for total nursing care of residents.
• Interact with residents, families, and medical staff to provide optimum care.
• Document resident information accurately and administer medications.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and unit life.
• Provide leadership and supervision to staff when needed.
• Assist in orientation of new employees and maintain professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Supervisory capacity abilities and knowledge.
• Demonstrated professionalism and clinical skills.
• Clear communication skills and ability to perform physical tasks.
• Licensed LPN in good standing in South Carolina.
