Job Description
We are currently looking for dedicated CNA Companions/Caregivers to join our team at Bishop Gadsden. This position involves providing in-home support to clients, focusing on promoting independence, mobility, and overall well-being. The role requires compassion and a genuine interest in working with elderly individuals.
We have full-time positions available for the day shift from 7am to 3pm.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living
- Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Help with laundry and transportation
- Follow infection control protocols
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Collaborate with the healthcare team
- Document client care accurately
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel within Charleston County
- Must have reliable transportation
