Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assisting with daily living activities.
- Notify management of any changes in residents' condition and recommend appropriate care adjustments.
- Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist residents with life skills and enriching activities.
- Ensure adherence to Sunrise's Principles of Services.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions in residents' best interests.
