Job Description
We are looking for a talented Capture Manager to join our team at Middle River Aerostructure Systems. As a Capture Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, leading, and executing capture-related activities within the aerospace and defense sectors. This role involves identifying potential opportunities, leading business development efforts, and coordinating with various teams to secure new contracts. You will report to the Director of Business Development and play an essential role in shaping the future of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic capture campaigns in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement capture strategies including competitive assessments and pricing strategies.
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams through the capture process.
- Act as the primary customer contact for all proposal activities.
- Conduct after-action reviews to improve capture management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Management with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Commercial and USG contracts and acquisition processes.
- US Citizenship with the ability to obtain USG Security Clearance.
- Exceptional critical thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in leading pursuits/captures with a successful track record.
