Join our team at Sunrise Senior Living as a Caregiver and make a difference in the lives of our residents. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and assistance to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with assigned residents and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Contribute to the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and participate in monthly updates.
• Ensure resident safety and well-being, adhering to safety regulations and community standards.
• Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
