Job Description

As a Construction Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in increasing market share within an assigned geographical territory, fostering relationships with both new and long-standing customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a sales funnel to meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the construction process from pre-sale to project completion.
- Manage subcontractors, navigate permitting requirements, and maintain customer confidentiality.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to adapt to changing industry demands.
- Availability for minimal overnight travel as needed.
