Job Description
Morton Buildings, Inc. is the industry leader in post-frame construction, with over 120 years of experience and a vast network across America. We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Consultant and Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Increase market share within an assigned geographical territory.
- Cultivate new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
- Manage complex projects from pre-sale to completion.
- Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project and navigate permitting requirements.
Requirements
- 2 years sales experience or 5 years construction management experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
- Commercial sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology integration.
