Job Description

Morton Buildings, Inc., the industry leader in post-frame construction, is seeking a full-time Construction Sales Consultant and Project Management professional to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for increasing market share within an assigned geographical territory, cultivating new customers, and developing relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an adequate sales funnel to achieve or exceed established sales targets.
  • Coordinate all individuals involved in the building project, including Morton Buildings, Inc. personnel, subcontractors, and managing permitting requirements.
  • Integrate technology to manage complex projects from pre-sale to completion.
  • Grow existing market share and provide exceptional customer service throughout the construction process.

Requirements

  • 2 years sales experience or 5 years construction management experience.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Commercial sales experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, organization, and multitasking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
