Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers within an assigned geographical territory.
- Develop and manage complex construction projects from pre-sale to completion.
- Coordinate all parties involved in the building project, including subcontractors and permitting requirements.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
- Commercial sales experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant technologies.
