Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers within an assigned geographical territory.
• Develop and manage complex construction projects from pre-sale to completion.
• Coordinate all parties involved in the building project, including subcontractors and permitting requirements.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 2 years of sales experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, construction, or project management preferred.
• Commercial sales experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant technologies.
