Job Description
Corewell Health is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled CT Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health Wayne Hospital. As a full-time CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT exams, ensuring the highest quality images for interpretation while prioritizing patient care and safety.
Responsibilities
- Verify patient identification and physician order.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Perform CT exams and related patient care procedures.
- Operate CT imaging equipment efficiently and maintain quality control.
- Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety.
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of exam rooms and equipment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification by ARRT with additional CT certification required within 1 year.
- Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
