Kennie's Market's Inc is looking for a Dairy and Frozen Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Dairy and Frozen Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product levels, ensuring top-quality products, and providing excellent customer service while driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit goals for the department.
• Maintain inventory control, expenses, and waste management.
• Order and price products accurately.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper rotation.
• Supervise stock displays and maintain a visually appealing department.
• Collaborate with store management on merchandising, planning, and sales trends.
• Ensure department cleanliness and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of related experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage and train a team.
• Knowledge of inventory control and merchandising best practices.
• Understanding of safety and sanitation regulations.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 5-10 employees in the department.
• Interview, hire, and train staff.
• Plan and assign work tasks.
• Appraise performance and address any issues.
