Job Description

The Data Center Operations Technician I position at Flexential is a critical role responsible for providing physical and Level II technical support to customers. As a 24x7x365 position, you will be tasked with maintaining a solid understanding of Facilities infrastructure, Windows operating systems, PC troubleshooting, and management applications while representing Flexential professionally and technically in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution and/or escalation of Facility and customer issues.
• Maintain a professional attitude and conduct while performing data center duties.
• Troubleshoot and document technical issues using Flexential ticketing system.
• Follow Flexential Support and Data Center policies, processes, and procedures.
• Assist in physical and logical installations of Flexential services.
• Operate and Manage Badge Access Security System.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for providing exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Preferable experience working in an IT support environment.
• Related certifications like Network +, Security +, CCNA, Microsoft MCP, or MCSA are desirable.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to climb, work aloft, work in cold environments, operate pallet jacks, lift heavy objects, and install cabling.

Hourly Pay Range

• The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $20.30 - $23.81, subject to individual qualifications and experience.
