Job Description
The Data Center Operations Technician I position at Flexential is a critical role responsible for providing physical and Level II technical support to customers and resources. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining a professional demeanor, and adhering to data center policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely resolution of facility and customer issues.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and document them accurately.
- Follow data center policies and procedures.
- Assist with physical and logical installations of services.
- Maintain cleanliness and security of the data center.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Operating systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in IT support.
- Relevant certifications like Network +, Security +, CCNA, Microsoft MCP, or MCSA are desired.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at heights, in cold environments, and lift heavy objects.
- Capable of climbing ladders and installing cabling.
Hourly Pay Range
The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $19.33 - $29.00, dependent on experience and qualifications.
