Job Description

The Data Center Operations Technician I role at Flexential is a vital 24x7x365 position responsible for delivering physical and Level II technical support to customers. You will need a strong understanding of Facilities infrastructure, Windows operating systems, and PC troubleshooting. It is crucial to represent Flexential professionally and technically during interactions with both customers and internal resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution and escalation of Facility and customer issues.
• Maintain professionalism while performing data center duties.
• Troubleshoot and document technical issues using the Flexential ticketing system.
• Follow Flexential Support and Data Center policies and procedures.
• Assist in physical and logical installations of Flexential services.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Operating systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
• Preferably 1 year of IT Support experience.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in varying environments and handle heavy objects.
• Capability to climb ladders and perform aloft work.
• Experience in cabling installation.

Hourly Pay Range

• The hourly pay range for this position is estimated to be ($19.33 - $22.67), subject to candidate qualifications and experience.
