Job Description

Flexential is seeking a Data Center Operations Technician I to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in providing physical and technical support to our customers and resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities infrastructure, Windows operating systems, and PC troubleshooting. Key responsibilities include resolving customer issues promptly, following data center procedures, providing local access to vendors, and assisting with installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve Facility and customer issues in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and document issues.
• Follow data center policies and procedures.
• Support 24/7 operations and perform hands-on tasks for customers.
• Maintain the Data Center's cleanliness and security.
• Assist with installations and inventory management.

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft operating systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and deadline-oriented.
• Experience in IT support preferred.
• Relevant certifications desired.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at heights and in cold environments.
• Physical strength to handle heavy objects and cabling.
