Data Center Operations Technician I

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Data Center Operations Technician I to join Flexential, a market-leading company. In this role, you will provide physical and Level II technical support to customers, focusing on maintaining infrastructure and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve Facility and customer issues promptly.
• Follow and uphold Flexential Support and Data Center policies.
• Perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and security of the Data Center.
• Support 24/7 operations and comply with relevant procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Windows and IT environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at heights and in varied environmental conditions.
• Capability to lift heavy objects and install cabling.

Salary

The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $20.30 to $23.81, dependent on experience and qualifications.
