Job Description

The Data Center Operations Technician I position at Flexential is a critical role responsible for providing physical and Level II technical support to customers and resources. This role requires solid expertise in Facilities infrastructure, Windows operating systems, and PC troubleshooting. The ideal candidate must demonstrate professionalism, technical proficiency, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely resolution of Facility and customer issues.
• Follow established support and data center procedures.
• Perform installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Maintain a clean and secure data center environment.
• Assist with shipping/receiving processes and badge access security.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft systems.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
• IT support experience preferred.
• Relevant certifications (Network +, Security +, CCNA, MCP, MCSA) beneficial.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work at heights and in cold environments.
• Capability to lift heavy objects and install cabling.
