Join the EarthScope Consortium as an Engineer II specializing in Geodesy Instrumentation. This position is based at our EPIC facility in Socorro, New Mexico, where you will work on GPS/GNSS receiver and antenna testing, telemetry, and permanent station infrastructure projects. Responsibilities
- Manage and implement field projects supporting geophysical instruments and networks.
- Collaborate with team members and external partners on project execution.
- Conduct site reconnaissance, installation activities, and instrument operation.
- Assist in the design and testing of new systems and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, geosciences, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with geophysical sensors or networks.
- Proficiency in data quality analysis software is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Additional Information
Salary Range: $74,400 - $92,900 per year | Full-time position | On-site role | Travel up to 30%
