Job Description
We are looking for a Field Solutions Engineer II to join Flexential, a leading Channel Company. As a Field Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for pursuing new opportunities in Hybrid/Cloud and Managed Services and Large Retail Colocation. You will work closely with the National Sales Team, providing pre-sales technical expertise to prospects through calls and meetings. Your role will involve designing and implementing Cloud and Managed Services solutions, including Colocation, for new customers. You will also be involved in supporting retail colocation opportunities and providing technical support to sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Regional Partner relationships and deliver technical presentations.
- Architect Cloud and Managed Services solutions for new customers.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
- Create comprehensive documentation for successful opportunities.
- Design and present complex solutions to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent.
- 6-9 years of relevant sales or consulting experience.
- Ability to design solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical proficiency with cloud-based applications and architecture.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- Experience with database environments and storage technologies.
