Field Solutions Engineer II - Channel

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Field Solutions Engineer II to join Flexential. In this role, you will focus on Hybrid/Cloud and Managed Services opportunities, particularly in Large Retail Colocation. You will provide pre-sales technical expertise, design complex architectures, and deliver solutions to meet client requirements within Cloud and dedicated environments.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Develop Regional Partner relationships and provide technical enablement.
• Architect Cloud and Managed Services solutions for new customers.
• Support sales teams by designing CMS Solutions and presenting recommendations.
• Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
• Create comprehensive documentation for successful opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field preferred.
• 6-9 years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to design and explain solutions effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical proficiency with a successful track record in managed IT services.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based web applications and infrastructure.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of data center components and cloud platforms.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in office and remote environments.
• Frequent travel may be required.

Base Pay Range

Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $140,000
