Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Fine Dining Hospitality Server to join the City Experiences team at Hornblower in Washington, DC. As a Fine Dining Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests on our City Cruises operation.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service following the RESPECT service system.
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas.
- Participate in guest celebrations and ensure an enjoyable experience.
- Collect payments and provide information to guests about cruise details.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant preferred.
- Positive and energetic personality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work on holidays and lift heavy items.
