Housekeeping Supervisor

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team of room attendants and ensure excellent customer service for guests in a local hotel. The ideal candidate will enjoy the hospitality industry and be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Starting Pay:

$18 to $19/hour, depending on experience

Schedule:

Flexible schedule, including weekends

Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise housekeepers.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Manage staff shifts and replacements.
• Handle customer complaints and special requests.
• Maintain cleaning products stock.
• Participate in large cleaning projects.
• Enforce safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.
• Physical stamina and flexibility for shifts.
• High school diploma is a plus.
