Incident Response Analyst I

Job Description

Flexential is seeking an Incident Response Analyst I to join our team. You will be responsible for quickly analyzing and classifying customer cases, delivering tactical troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident resolution to provide an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Provide initial analysis and triage for customer calls and tickets.
• Communicate clearly with customers to manage expectations and resolutions.
• Document resolutions and provide proactive updates to customers and team members.
• Collaborate on technology trends and improvements with teammates.
• Act with a high sense of urgency and ownership to resolve incidents.
• Adhere to ITIL best practices and work effectively with vendors.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of relevant operating systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, think critically, and communicate effectively.
• Great customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous learning mindset and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1-3 years of system administration or network experience.
• Experience with networking technologies and server applications.
• Certifications like Network+, Security+, CCNA, MCP, or MCSA are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, and lift as required.
• Proficiency in keyboard usage.

Compensation

Hourly pay range estimated to be $26.92 - $34.33, subject to experience and qualifications.
