As an Inside Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the waste and recycling programs of various properties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily waste and recycling operations at multiple properties in a large geographic area.
• Dispatch hauling services based on data analysis and customer needs.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and temporary container placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Process work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle various tasks promptly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional communication skills with a focus on problem-solving and listening.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change, and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong time management and negotiation abilities.
• Team player with the capacity to work independently.

Work Conditions

This position offers a hybrid home/office work environment with moderate noise levels. Flexibility to work after hours may be required.
