Job Description
Rochester Manor is currently looking for full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team working various shifts. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Valid BLS/CPR certification.
