Job Description

We are looking for passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Rochester Manor on a per diem basis. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for our patients and their families.

• Conduct patient assessments and report any changes in condition.
• Contribute to care planning and implementation.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current LPN license or pending licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
