Job Description
Rochester Manor is currently seeking full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for day, evening, and night shifts. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN will provide efficient nursing care, contribute to care planning, administer medications and treatments, and supervise unlicensed staff for patient care.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
