Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join the team at Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
