Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses - LPNs to join our team on a per diem basis at Rochester Manor. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current LPN license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
