Job Description
Toyo Tires North America Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with PLCs. The ideal candidate should possess an Associate's Degree or equivalent, at least five years of mechanical/electrical experience, and expertise in PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain advanced production machinery.
- Work on robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.
- Ensure machinery operates efficiently to meet production goals.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address equipment issues.
Key Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of mechanical/electrical experience.
- Expertise in PLCs (Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley), servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, VFDs, and electrical systems.
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
