Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Job Description

TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company, is seeking motivated individuals for the position of Maintenance Technician Apprentice at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As an Apprentice Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs). The role requires knowledge in areas such as hydraulics, pneumatics, oil lubrication, and filter changes, as well as experience with Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley PLCs and AC/DC servo drives.

Responsibilities

• Execute basic preventive maintenance tasks on industrial equipment.
• Operate and troubleshoot robotic-driven machinery with PLCs.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to ensure machinery efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Associate's degree.
• Minimum of two years of mechanical experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
