Job Description
TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC. is seeking motivated individuals to join as Apprentice Maintenance Technicians at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in conducting basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on industrial equipment, focusing on hydraulics, pneumatics, oil lubrication, filter changes, and PLCs.
- Work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate effective learning, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities while maintaining a safety-oriented approach.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Associate's degree from a technical school.
- Minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience, ideally in industrial equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLCs (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley) and AC/DC servo drives.
- Capability to lift objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
