Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Job Description

Toyo Tires, an innovative tire manufacturing company, is seeking Apprentice Maintenance Technicians to join our new state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As an Apprentice Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with PLCs. This role requires a high school diploma or Associate's degree, mechanical experience, and knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, PLCs, and servo drives. The ideal candidate must be willing to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery.
• Ensure the efficient operation of robotic-driven equipment with PLCs.
• Conduct maintenance tasks related to hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, and servo drives.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure safety and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of two years of mechanical experience.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and servo drives.
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
