Job Description
Avesta Housing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician (Floater) to maintain buildings and grounds of affordable housing properties in Kittery, Maine, and the Seacoast region of New Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our mission of providing quality affordable housing solutions.

This is a full-time position with an hourly wage of $21.00 - $23.00, offering potential for overtime pay.
Work Location
The role is a floater position, supporting properties in Kittery, ME; Exeter, NH; and Hampton Falls, NH.
