Job Description
The Manager of Enterprise Security at Flexential is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all assets, personnel, and customers. This position involves leading security initiatives, developing policies, managing security staff, budgeting, and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of physical security systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in low voltage systems, and the ability to manage projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Manage security staff and contracts.
- Act as a security subject matter expert for internal and external interactions.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Manage security budgets and resources.
- Recruit, train, and supervise security officers.
- Oversee the configuration and maintenance of physical security systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for site projects and retrofits.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of management experience.
- Technical expertise in access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarms.
- Experience managing budgets and resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7-10 years of project management experience.
- Proficient in system architecture and network design.
- Certifications in IT-related fields.
- Experience with ticket management systems.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Walk or stand for 25% of the time.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Limited travel may be required.

Compensation
Annual base salary range: $116,800 - $128,152. Actual salary depends on experience and qualifications. Discretionary annual bonus based on personal and company performance.
