Job Description
We are looking for a Manager of Enterprise Security at Flexential who will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our sites, assets, and personnel through the design, implementation, and management of Enterprise Security systems. As a key member of the team, you will lead security projects, develop policies, manage budgets, supervise staff, and oversee the implementation of physical security technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage security staff and contracts.
- Act as a security subject matter expert for interactions with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Manage security budgets and expenses.
- Recruit, train, and supervise security officers.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot physical security systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk and compliance.
- Create and improve internal processes and workflows.
- Communicate security requirements to technical and non-technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of people and project management experience.
- Proficiency in low voltage systems and security technologies.
- Experience managing budgets and security operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of networking, system configuration, and security controls.
- Genetec Certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7-10 years of project management experience.
- Experience with access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
- Proficiency in network design and Genetec systems.
- Certifications in IT hardware/software and related technologies.
