MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (HASTINGS BRANCH)

Job Description

We are looking for a Member Service Representative to join our team at the Hastings Branch of 4Front Credit Union. In this role, you will provide professional financial services to our members, assist in meeting their financial needs, and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

• Assume responsibility for performing financial service functions effectively and professionally.
• Present and explain Credit Union services and products to members.
• Resolve member account reconciliation problems and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain and project the Credit Union's professional reputation.

Requirements

• Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Required Knowledge: Good understanding of financial services and products.
• Experience: Related office experience preferred.
• Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills, ability to operate computer applications and business equipment.

Physical Activities and Requirements

Physical strength to sit and stand, average visual abilities, and finger dexterity for typing and handling objects.
