Position: MST Therapist

Salary: $24.20 per hour ($50,343 per year) if BA; $27.23 per hour ($56,643 per year) if Master's; $68,224 per year if fully licensed
Job Summary:
The MST Therapist at PermiaCare is responsible for delivering evidence-based intensive family and community-based treatment to at-risk youth with complex needs and their families. The position involves providing short-term, intensive, and community-based clinical intervention focused on promoting positive behavior and preventing juvenile justice involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct MST assessments and engage participants in treatment.
- Implement treatment plans and maintain caseload of 4-6 cases.
- Ensure compliance with MST principles and organizational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in behavioral health.
- Texas Driver's license and clean driving record.
