Primary Role Responsibilities
RN: The Registered Nurse (RN) initiates and implements health care plans and other nursing duties within the scope of practice. The RN directs the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policies.
LPN: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) participates in implementing health care plans under the supervision of the RN, supporting data collection processes.
Requirements
Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Current, unencumbered, active RN/LPN license in North Carolina
- Current BLS CPR Certification with in-person skills assessment
Preferred Experience: 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or nursing facility.
