Job Description
Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Nurse Aides to join our team in providing high-quality care and services to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Care Manager, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors, assist in daily living activities, and contribute to their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition, recommending necessary adjustments in care.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Deliver exceptional dining service with a hospitality approach.
- Engage residents in life skills and enriching activities to promote well-being.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
